About
Company
Secure Command is commercializing technology built under DARPA funding that creates disposable operating systems on demand in virtual machines to run Internet applications. Secure Command’s flagship product, Internet Cleanroom, protects PCs from Internet-based threats by running networked applications in virtual machines. Each time an application is launched, it is started in a pristine environment unpolluted from previous sessions. Any malicious content or attacks downloaded during that session are isolated to that virtual machine and extinguished when the virtual machine is disposed. Virtualization is transparent to the user for seamless operation.
Internet Cleanroom won People’s Choice Award at CED Tech 2007 in Chapel Hill, NC.
